Things to Do in Eyota, MN — August 2026

The last full month of true summer in the bluff country — here’s everything worth marking on your calendar.

August in Eyota has that particular gold-hour feel — corn stands shoulder-high along Highway 14, the Farmers Market tables are loaded with sweet corn and tomatoes, and there’s a whisper of back-to-school in the air even while the lake at Chester Woods is still warm enough for one more swim. It’s the last full month of true summer here, and the town packs it accordingly: regular city business, a farm-fresh market every Tuesday evening, free live music under the stars at Chester Woods, and the first Eagles practices of the fall season.

Here’s the full August lineup, in order, plus where to eat and worship while you’re in town.
